Halle Berry is turning 60. The actress has been been a red carpet staple since she first burst onto the scene in 1989 in “Living Dolls.” Since then, the actress has made a name for herself in Hollywood as well as in the fashion world, thanks to her daring yet classic style both on and off the red carpet.

The “Monster’s Ball” actress’ shoe style has also evolved alongside her career, ranging from slinky strappy high heels to polished pointed-toe pumps. See some of her most standout shoe moments over the years.

The “Their Eyes Were Watching God” actress arrived at the ninth annual MTV Movie Awards on June 3, 2000, in a monochromatic pink ensemble. Berry paired her custom beaded pink look with matching light pink satin lace-up stiletto sandals. The heels feature a delicate wrap-around ankle tie, an asymmetric strap over the vamp, a wide strap over the toes and a classic round, open-toe design.

Berry attended the 74th annual Academy Awards on March 24, 2002, where she made history as the only Black woman to win the Oscar for Best Actress. The “Die Another Day” star attended the 2025 Chopard Universe Dinner at the 78th annual Cannes Film Festival at Ariport Mandelieu on May 19, 2025. She wore Aleví Camilla patent leather décolleté pumps in burgundy patent leather. The shoes feature a pointed toe, a V-shaped vamp and an ankle strap.
